Grow Your Business with a Quincy Chamber Micro Grant
The Quincy Chamber of Commerce is offering microgrants of $500 to $1,000 to help our members invest in the growth and improvement of their businesses. Funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), this program puts real dollars behind the ideas that make our local businesses stronger and our downtown more vibrant.
Round 2 is now open — applications due Sunday, August 30, 2026.
Program Details
How much can I receive?
Grants range from $500 to $1,000. Awards are made on a rolling basis, round by round, until the funds are depleted — so if you miss a deadline, watch for the next round.
Who can apply?
The program is open to all Quincy Chamber of Commerce members — both nonprofit and for-profit businesses.
Not a member yet? Chamber membership is the first step to qualifying. It also connects you to a network of local businesses, promotion, and support. Join the Chamber or reach out to us at the Quincy Hub — we'd love to have you.
What does it fund?
Micro grants are for investments in growth — things that help you expand, improve, or strengthen your business. For example:
- New equipment or tools that increase your capacity
- Signage, façade, or storefront improvements
- Marketing, branding, or a website upgrade
- Technology that helps you serve customers better
- A new product line, service, or offering
What it does not cover: routine operating costs like rent, regular payroll, utilities, or restocking everyday inventory. Think of it as fuel for growth, not day-to-day expenses.
What we look for
Strong applications tend to show:
- Growth impact — a clear picture of how this investment helps your business expand or improve.
- Feasibility — a realistic plan that the grant amount can actually accomplish.
- Benefit to Quincy — how your growth strengthens our local economy and community.
You don’t need a professional grant writer — just tell us honestly what you’d do and why it matters.
